Xavier Pellicer is chef-owner of Restaurante Xavier Pellicer and El Menjador. In 2012, he turned to a healthier, more conscious kitchen, influenced by biodynamic agriculture and ayurveda nutrition, to feature food and beverage producers whose organic products respect seasonality. Restaurante Xavier Pellicer was named the “World’s Best Vegetable Restaurant” by the We’re Smart Green Guide in 2018 and repeated the honor in 2019 with the addition of El Menjador, a separate concept within the restaurant limited to just sixteen guests.
