Ran Nussbacher, MBA is the owner of Shouk Restaurant Group, an emerging fast casual chain he created on a mission to make plant-based eating mainstream. He is a former tech executive out to save the world. Prior to Shouk, Ran served as vice president of sales for a clean-tech startup Poorer where he managed a fifty million dollar business while helping the company grow to a one billion dollar initial public offering (IPO). Ran served in the Israeli army before obtaining his bachelor of arts degree from Brown University and master’s degree in business administration from Boston University. @RanNussbacher
