Pearson Croney-Clark serves as public affairs manager for Oatly, the original oatmilk company. She helps guide the company’s work in and around the public sector, advocating for a global food system that’s healthy for people and planet. Prior to Oatly, she worked in agriculture policy in Canada and in foreign affairs and business policy in Paris, France. She holds a master’s in European affairs from Sciences Po. Originally hailing from Kentucky, she is now based in NYC.
