Michael Panfil

Michael Panfil is director of culinary at Envision Group. In 1996, after many years of restaurant work, Michael joined White Lodging Services as executive chef of a full-service hotel. In 2006, he was promoted to food and beverage director for a thirteen-unit hotel site overseeing all the food and beverage operations. Michael joined Compass Group in 2008 with Morrison Healthcare at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Holding positions of executive chef and operations manager. During this time, partnering with Envision Group, Michael was hired as corporate executive chef and was promoted to director of culinary. His passions in life are for family and faith, the Chicago Cubs and Bears, and tennis and pickleball. Creating and enjoying delicious food is also near the top of his list. (Crown Point, IN)
