Dennis Friedman is the culinary director and partner for the Shouk Restaurant Group, an emerging fast casual, plant-based restaurant chain on a mission to heal our bodies and the planet. Dennis is an award-winning fine dining chef turned plant-based visionary. His fine dining culinary career included stints at Restaurant Daniel in New York City, Alan Wong’s Restaurant in Hawaii; and, Michel Richard’s Citronelle and Kinkead’s in Washington, DC. Dennis is the winner of Mason Dixon Master Chef Tournament and the DC RAMMY awards, and has been featured on CBS Sunday Morning, The Food Network, and in The Washington Post. @shoukfood
