Christoph Leu

Christoph Leu is director of culinary at Google. As the executive chef at the Westin Crown Center, Kansas City, and subsequently the Westin Copley Boston, Christoph was quickly recognized as a leader in the industry, winning the “Chef of the Year” award by the American Executive Chef Academy as well as the American Culinary Federation’s Boston Chapter. His role expanded to chef/food and beverage director for Starwood Hotels across the northeastern U.S. and Canada. In 2017, Christoph joined Food+ by Compass. As director of culinary, he initially led culinary aspects of the dynamic, diverse, and intentional Food@Google Program in northern California and currently across the globe. (Cambridge, MA)
